Welcome to NewGen HVAC. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NewGen HVAC's Website and Services.

1. Introduction

2. Services Provided

NewGen HVAC provides commercial and residential HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment services. This includes installation, repair, maintenance, and NFPA-96 certified hood cleaning. All services are performed by certified technicians in accordance with industry standards.

3. Service Rates and Payments

Our standard service rates are $150 for the initial visit and $150 per hour thereafter. For Maintenance Members, rates are discounted to $100 for the initial visit and $130 per hour. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. However, we request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty and Liability

NewGen HVAC warrants its workmanship for a specific period as detailed in your service agreement. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or equipment failures unrelated to our specific repair work. Manufacturers' warranties apply to all parts and equipment installed.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, NewGen HVAC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on NewGen HVAC. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from NewGen HVAC for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. User Comments

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. NewGen HVAC does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of NewGen HVAC, its agents and/or affiliates.
